Lance Ralls has had an extensive career in technology leadership roles. Lance is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer for ThreeSixty Group Ltd. and MerchSource. Prior to this, Lance held positions such as the Global Chief Information Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Pelican Products, Inc. and Belkin International respectively. Lance has also been involved in various advisory roles, including serving as an Advisory Board Member for El Segundo Economic Development Advisory Council. Lance's experience also includes roles as the CIO and CTO at Rent A Wheel and CIO at Fuhu, Inc. Additionally, they held the position of Global IT Director at Mattel. Throughout their career, Lance has demonstrated expertise in IT strategy, digital transformation, and managing large-scale projects.
Lance Ralls obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, between the years 1990 and 1995.
