Will Barrett has extensive experience in both operational leadership and non-profit initiatives. Since December 2016, Will Barrett has served as Chief Operating Officer at Threshold 360, while also holding the roles of VP of Content and Director of Field Operations. Concurrently, Will Barrett co-founded The Timothy Initiative in January 2009, serving as a current board member, where efforts focus on providing support for individuals overcoming addiction and homelessness through community homes and employment opportunities. Prior experience includes working at Merchline from March 2013 to June 2016 in production development and owning Social Merch from January 2009 to February 2013, which aimed to offer job prospects for residents in community homes. Will Barrett holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from the University of South Florida, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
