Lorraine Stevens

As Director of HR, Lorraine develops and drives the People Strategy to ensure it is fully embedded across the firm, putting people at the heart of everything they do. She leads the HR team in recruiting and retaining the best talent for the firms' growth, ensuring the people are rewarded and encouraged to grow as individuals. Bringing extensive experience as an HR practitioner across many sectors to her role, Lorraine is Chartered CIPD and qualified in psychometric profiling, ability testing and assessment. Her specialisms include developing strategy, recruitment, employee relations, organisational change and restructures, training, coaching and mentoring.
