Patrick O'Neill

Patrick O'Neill is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting at Thrive Capital since April 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Head of Technical Recruiting at Notion from December 2020 to April 2025, where significant contributions were made to grow the company from 70 to over 1,000 employees.
