Armando Salamanca is an accomplished professional with a background in community management and customer service. Currently serving as an Assistant Community Manager at Thrive Communities since March 2021, Armando oversees the financial accounts of a resident community with over 400 residents, ensuring adherence to standards of inclusivity and kindness. Previous experience includes a Management Trainee position at Enterprise, where Armando managed a fleet of rental cars and supported local sales initiatives, and a role as Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Orlando - Disney Springs, focusing on front-of-house operations.
