Eric Hibner is a Partner and Senior Vice President of Purchasing at Thrive Companies. Eric has over twenty years of experience in the homebuilding industry, starting as a costing coordinator and estimator at M/I Home in 1999. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President of Purchasing, a position they held until 2018. Prior to their work in homebuilding, Eric served as a team leader in the Army National Guard for eleven years.
Eric Hibner's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an Associate in Construction Management from Columbus State Community College.
Eric Hibner reports to Kevin Zeppernick, Principal & CEO. They work with Matt Wilkinson - Director, Community Maintenance, Leah Skoczen - Partner & SVP, Experience, Community Management, and Todd Pomorski - VP, Site Development.
