Lee Slap has several decades of work experience, beginning in 1985 as a Partner in the Business Law Department at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP. In 2010, they became the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at ATN International, where they advised the Board, CEO, and executive management on legal matters and managed M&A and investment transactions totaling over $1.5B. In 2018, Lee joined Thrive as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel, responsible for driving business outcomes through application enablement and optimization. Lee also serves as a Mentor Volunteer at Cristo Rey Boston High School, where they help educate young people of limited economic resources in a faith-based environment.

Lee Slap earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Boston College from 1978 to 1981. Following that, from 1981 to 1984, they attended The George Washington University Law School and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
