Rob Stingle

Rob Stingle has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Rob'smost recent role is Vice President of Business Risk Management at Thrivent since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Board of Trustees Chair at the University of Saint Joseph in 2015 and as a Mentor at American Corporate Partners (ACP) starting in 2014. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at UBS, holding positions such as Head of Business Risk for Americas Wealth Management and Head of Americas Audit. Rob had a significant role at MassMutual Financial Group from 2006 to 2011, serving as Senior Vice President and General Auditor, responsible for internal audit activities. In the early 2000s, they held the role of Vice President of Audit at The Hanover Insurance Group. Rob began their professional journey in the United States Air Force, serving as a Major (Ret.) Fighter Pilot from 1982 to 2002. Rob also worked as a Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1986 to 2001.

Rob Stingle completed their Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut in the years 1982-1986. In 1984, they briefly studied International Business and Economics at Tilburg University. In 2012, Rob attended the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they completed the Securities Industry Institute's three-year program at The Wharton School.
