Kevin Tucker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service operations and consulting within various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in the gig economy at Kalleid since March 2022, Kevin has also held significant roles at Thule Group as the Director of Customer Service Operations since March 2018, where key achievements include a 300% improvement in consumer resolution times and leading integration efforts for a $6M acquisition.
