Sang Su Lee

Sang Su (Paul) Lee is a highly experienced data science professional with a strong background in machine learning and user engagement strategies. Currently serving as a Staff Applied Scientist at Thumbtack since 2022, Sang Su previously held the position of Staff Data Scientist and Tech Lead at Robinhood from 2020 to 2022, focusing on user growth and engagement. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Data Scientist at Uber, a Data Scientist at ReSci, and an Applied Science Engineer at Leaf Group, where various machine learning algorithms were implemented for product enhancement. Earlier roles encompass senior software engineering at Spokeo, and research and teaching assistant positions at the University of Southern California, where Sang Su earned a Ph.D. and M.S. in Computer Science, along with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Yonsei University.
