Zachary James has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2018, they joined Navitas Marketing as a Business Development Strategist, where they focused on lead generation and innovative marketing strategies. In 2021, they became the Chief Marketing Officer for the Demystifying Diversity Podcast. Prior to that, Zachary was the CEO of Rebel Hill Consulting, a firm specializing in business development, particularly in the sports, entertainment, and hospitality industries. Zachary also served as the Director of Business Development for MyNEWPhilly.com, a video-based news outlet. Additionally, Zachary worked as a Business Development Consultant for the Thuzio Executive Club and as a Growth Consultant for Dynasty Innovation. Zachary has also been involved in event management, as the Managing Partner for Stomp The Runway, an awareness-raising fashion show, and as a Sports Marketing Consultant for Renewal by Andersen. In the sports industry, Zachary held positions at the Brooklyn Nets and Nets Basketball, where they served as a Manager of Business Development, Premium All Access Manager, and Account Manager of VIP Access & Experience. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a passion for business development, marketing, and utilizing relationships to drive success.
Zachary James completed their primary education at Upper Merion High School from 1998 to 2001. Following that, they attended Temple University from 2002 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sport & Recreation Management. In addition to their formal education, Zachary James obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2021.
