Scheers Nils is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder of THYNK since July 2019, where a focus on customer-centric, agile MICE sales and operations is emphasized. In addition, Scheers has owned Elements since September 2019, aiming to enhance hospitality services through technology and innovation. Previous roles include Project Manager at Martin's Hotels, where operational systems were analyzed and new systems implemented; Sales Manager roles at Hilton Worldwide and Gresham Belson Hotel Brussels; and a Sales Specialist position with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Early career experience includes positions at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, beginning as a Cost Controller Trainee and advancing to Night Manager. Scheers holds a degree in Hotel Management from Hotelschool Ter Duinen.
