Chris Baraks

Chris Baraks currently serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Corporate Controller at TIAA, a position held since August 2012. Additionally, Chris has held roles such as Chief Tax Officer and Head of Tax within the same organization. Prior to joining TIAA, Chris was a Tax Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 1995 until July 2012, accumulating significant expertise in accounting and tax management throughout the career.
