Emily O'Brien

Emily O'Brien is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Corporate Labs and Experiments Portfolio Lead at TIAA since January 2022, Emily previously held the position of Research Lead at Facebook from January 2020 to September 2021. Emily's earlier roles include Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Consultant, and Consultant at ReD Associates between October 2013 and September 2019. Additionally, Emily contributed to the Center on International Cooperation in various capacities from September 2010 to September 2013 and served as a Senior Research Officer and Program Officer at The Brookings Institution during the same period. Emily holds a Master of Philosophy in International Relations from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts from Amherst College.
