Pravesh Mishra

Pravesh Mishra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. Currently serving as the Director of Portfolio, Program and Solution Delivery for the People Team at TIAA since July 2020, Pravesh leads initiatives to enhance global capabilities and support TIAA's business operations. Prior to TIAA, Pravesh held key positions at IDC Technologies, Inc., where roles included Business Unit Head for Pune and Senior Business Manager for Talent Acquisition from January 2012 to July 2020. Additional experience includes managing talent acquisition at FCS Software Solutions and providing technical support at HCL Technologies. Pravesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Rajasthan Technical University, earned between August 2006 and September 2010.
