Prior to these roles, Mita worked as a Programmer at Hemofarm inzenjering from November 2002 to June 2004 and served as Assistant Manager at the Novi Sad Innovation Centre in 2003-2004. Mita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, completed in 2002.
