Currently serving as the National Account Project Manager at TIBA Parking since March 2021, Pam has also held key positions such as Field Manager at Wayne Homes and Business Owner at Stix + Steel, LLC, where handcrafted functional furnishings were created. Pam's career includes significant roles at Signature Control Systems, LLC as Project Manager and Install Manager, as well as Customer Service & Logistics Manager at The BILCO Company, focusing on customer fulfillment and quality resolution. Additionally, Pam's leadership experience includes serving as Branch Manager at Securitas, overseeing a large team and substantial revenue, and Customer Relations Manager at Sonitrol Security Systems, where a premium customer experience was established across multiple accounts. Pam holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from The Ohio State University.
