Tom Wilsher is currently the Head of Product Management and Product Technical Lead at Ticketer. With experience as a Technical Business Analyst & Delivery Manager at the same company, Tom has led project teams and managed the delivery of solutions. Tom also has experience as a Senior Business Analyst at Transport for London and as a Senior Software Implementation Consultant at Ninth Wave. Tom holds a Master's Degree in Computing and Information Systems from Queen Mary University of London and a Psychology BSc from Coventry University.
