Efstathia Karkani

Efstathia Karkani is a seasoned professional in business development and client services, currently serving as the Business Development Director at Ticketmaster Hellas since March 2010. In this role, Efstathia identifies new prospects within the Greek creative and cultural industries, providing personalized advisory services while reporting directly to the COO and Managing Director. Previously, as Account Director, Efstathia oversaw client support operations for major sporting and cultural events, managing a team and ensuring effective ticketing services for corporate clients both domestically and internationally. Efstathia's experience also includes roles as an Account Manager and Call Centre Manager at Ticketmaster Hellas, as well as Box Office Manager at the Onassis Cultural Centre Athens, and Box Office Supervisor at Hellenic Festival S.A. Efstathia holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Library Science & Information Systems from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens.
