Xiaotong Xu is a Software Quality Engineer II at TicketNetwork since October 2015, bringing extensive experience in quality control and engineering. Previous roles include serving as an Engineering Intern at EIS Wire & Cable, where statistical analysis on process capabilities was completed, and as an Operating Assistant at both ShenhuaGuoneng Energy Group's Datang Power Plant and North United Power Company's Wuhai Thermal Power Plant, focusing on monitoring electric power generation systems. As a Teaching Assistant at New Oriental Education & Technology Group, Xiaotong managed nationwide promotional activities and provided statistical analyses to enhance camp offerings. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Engineering in Automation Engineer Technology from North China Electric Power University.
