Kristina Antonova

Kristina Antonova is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in payment operations, currently serving as the Head of Payments at Tickmill since November 2012. In this role, Kristina leads and develops a globally distributed team, collaborates with Product and IT teams to enhance payment processes, and ensures the delivery of high-quality payment services to both retail and institutional customers. Throughout the career, Kristina has achieved significant milestones, including optimizing internal systems to increase payment execution speed and overseeing the successful migration of payment execution tools to a new internal portal. Prior to this role, Kristina held various positions in payment operations, demonstrating strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to compliance with AML policies. Kristina is furthering expertise with an MBA from Estonian Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from TalTech.
