Todd Copeland is a Senior Scientist at Ticom Geomatics, with a focus on Java and C/C++ development of geo-location products and technologies for the US intelligence community since October 2008. Todd holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Harding University.
