Conrado Chaves

Conrado Chaves is a compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory risk and compliance across various roles. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance at Tide since August 2019, Conrado has focused on the development and enhancement of compliance policies, procedures, and controls, including the creation of a Compliance Monitoring Calendar. Prior to this, Conrado worked at BM&A – Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão as a Lawyer, where responsibilities included analyzing risk matrices and advising on compliance and integrity policy implementation. Conrado began the career as an intern at BMSE Advogados. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Financial Law from King's College London and another LLM in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, along with a degree in Law from Ibmec.
