Amy Stevens has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications roles within the healthcare industry. Amy most recently served as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Tidelands Health, where they led a team that received numerous regional and national awards. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at LHC Group, where they oversaw the development and execution of the company's strategic marketing plan. Amy also has experience in directing marketing communications activities and brand management at Wellmont Health System. Amy began their career as a healthcare reporter and features writer for local newspapers.
Amy Stevens earned their Bachelor of Science degree in journalism and political science from East Tennessee State University, which they attended from 1988 to 1993. Amy then pursued their Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Tusculum University, completing the program from 2001 to 2003. Later, from 2007 to 2009, they obtained their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on business administration from King University.
