Brian Adams has extensive experience in administrative and real estate roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Office Manager for the Center for Military and Veterans Education at Tidewater Community College since February 2014, Brian previously worked as an Admin and Office Specialist II, processing admissions letters. Brian is also a Real Estate Investor at Hog Wild Homes, assisting property owners with non-traditional sales. Prior experience includes a Sales Associate position at Walmart and a 20-year career as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy, responsible for the operation and repair of nuclear propulsion systems. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Strome College of Business and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College.

Founded in 1968 as a part of the Virginia Community College System, Tidewater Community College (TCC) serves South Hampton Roads with campuses in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. TCC is the largest provider of higher education and workforce development services in Hampton Roads, enrolling nearly 34,000 students annually—the second largest undergraduate student body in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the 11th largest public two-year community college in the entire nation.
