Natasha Nicholson, PE, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in environmental engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager for the City of Virginia Beach since November 2021, Natasha also holds an adjunct position at Tidewater Community College starting in August 2023. Previous roles include project management positions at HDR and Ramboll, as well as engineering roles at O'Brien & Gere and Keystone Foods. Natasha began their professional journey in quality control at Cargill Cocoa & Chocolate and has a solid academic background with a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lebanon Valley College.

Founded in 1968 as a part of the Virginia Community College System, Tidewater Community College (TCC) serves South Hampton Roads with campuses in Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. TCC is the largest provider of higher education and workforce development services in Hampton Roads, enrolling nearly 34,000 students annually—the second largest undergraduate student body in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is the 11th largest public two-year community college in the entire nation.
