Marshall Reed is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Tidewater Inc. since 2010, specializing in UST/AST systems and managing a $9M fuel tank facility contract for the Department of State. Previous roles include leading a complex UST system replacement for the United States Postal Service and providing oversight for construction projects at the U.S. Embassy in Madagascar.
