Jon Viergever

Jon Viergever, CRSP, currently serves as the Manager of Health, Safety, Environmental and Regulatory at Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure since February 2021, after previously holding the role of Safety Advisor. Prior experience includes serving as the Corporate Environment Health Safety Manager at Aquilini Group from April 2018 to February 2021, and as a Flammable Liquids Technical Advisor for Emergency Response Assistance Canada (ERAC) from March 2014 to April 2018. Jon Viergever also held several positions at Husky Energy, including Safety and Emergency Management Lead and Safety Advisor from March 2013 to April 2018. Earlier experience encompasses roles at IDL Projects Inc. as Environment, Health and Safety Manager and Safety Lead for Industrial Projects from January 2009 to March 2013, and as a Safety Advisor at Woodside Energy from June 2008 to December 2009. Jon's career began at IDL Projects Inc. in July 2005, where responsibilities included Safety Supervisor for Pulp Mill Shutdowns until March 2008.
