Michele is passionate about learning and discovering new things through reading, TED Talks, and hands-on activities. She is also passionate about meeting new people and making new connections. She enjoys traveling and making memories through her experiences.
Michele graduated from Northern Kentucky University in December 2021. During her time in undergrad, she had two marketing and communications-based internships. She discovered TiER1 in August 2021 when she was searching for her second internship. Through her internship at TiER1, she had the opportunity to develop and grow in her skills through her work on multiple teams and projects (one of her favorites being the eXLearn Conference).
