James Gibbs has extensive experience in construction services management, currently serving as the Construction Services Manager and Project Manager at Tierra, Inc. since January 2013. Prior to this role, James held the position of Tampa Construction Services Department Manager at Professional Service Industries, Inc. (PSI) from June 2005 to October 2012, where James managed a team of 18, including field technicians, lab personnel, and engineers, overseeing diverse projects across transportation, industrial, government, and private sectors. James earned a degree from the University of South Florida between 2000 and 2005.
