Ali Raza

Ali Raza is a highly experienced senior technical writer currently working at Tietoevry since March 2022, where responsibilities include developing policy documents and designing information flows and style guides. Prior experience includes a nine-year tenure at Combitech AB, where Ali oversaw an outsourcing project for Ericsson, creating comprehensive technical documentation and serving as a subject matter expert. Additionally, Ali worked at Sigma Kudos, crafting product information for Ericsson’s North American clients, and began a career at Pakistan Mobile Communications Ltd as a customer care representative. Educational qualifications include dual MS degrees in Internetworking/Communication Systems and Project Management and Operational Development from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, a BSc in Computer Science and a BA in Journalism from the University of the Punjab, and a course in Strategic Management of Capability Development and Defence Acquisition from Försvarshögskolan.
