Iva Randjic Kalezic

Iva Randjic Kalezic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Since September 2016, Iva has served as Country Manager for Serbia and HR Business Partner for Credit & Wealth at Tietoevry, where responsibilities include driving the HR agenda, advising management strategically, and overseeing talent management and organizational development. Prior to this role, Iva held HR and Office Manager positions at Emric AB and Finance Manager at Rohe doo, demonstrating strong leadership in HR processes, employee engagement, financial management, and compliance with local labor law. Iva began the professional journey in various assistant roles, culminating in a solid educational background with a degree in European business and marketing from European University Belgrade.
