Joonas Fager

Joonas Fager has a diverse work experience starting from 2005 with Nokia, where they worked as an Operator/Maintenance personnel until 2008. Joonas then moved on to Sokos Hotels as a Receptionist from June 2009 to November 2012. Following this, they joined Ovenia as a Receptionist from November 2012 to September 2013. Joonas then gained experience at Cargotec, working as a CSC Assistant from October 2013 to September 2015, followed by a role as a Service Coordinator for Common Applications from October 2015 to March 2017. For a brief period, they served as a Service Manager for Common Applications at Cargotec from March 2017 to October 2017. Joonas then joined Tieto as a Service Manager for Common Applications from November 2017 to March 2018. Joonas continued working at Tietoevry, where they held the position of Customer Lead from April 2018 to January 2020. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead & Senior Customer Lead at Tietoevry since January 2020.

Joonas Fager received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Hospitality Management from Turku University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
