Olli Räty

Olli Räty possesses extensive experience in cloud adoption and human capital management (HCM) consulting, currently serving as Head of Cloud Adoption at Tietoevry since October 2017. In this role, Olli manages a team of Domain Leads, overseeing the product portfolio and engaging in advisory, architectural design, and support activities for bids with both new and existing clients. Previously, Olli held positions at Tieto and Fazer, where responsibilities included global Workday HCM deployment, application management support, and the supervision of HRIS operations. Olli's early career included roles at Inex Partners Oy and the Finnish Defence Forces, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
