Pamela Blomqvist is an experienced Service Manager with a career spanning over two decades in the IT and telecommunications sectors. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Tietokeskus since December 2019, Pamela has previously held similar managerial positions at Elisa and Elisa Appelsiini.
