Bonnita Robertson

Bonnita Robertson, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to 2021. Bonnita began their career as a Help Desk Manager at New Boston Systems in 1996. In 1999, they moved to NCI Building Systems, Inc. where they worked as a Lead Help Desk Analyst/System Administrator. In 2007, they joined K2 as a Technical Support Consultant. In 2015, they were promoted to Customer Account Manager at K2 where they conducted client assessments and planned services for 200+ business accounts to secure $12.5M+ in ARR. In 2016, they were promoted again to Customer Success Manager at K2. In this role, they onboarded all new cloud (SaaS) and on-premises accounts including enterprise, worked with various industries across multiple levels within the organization to increase client's desired outcome, and drove growth by identifying use trends and working collaboratively toward each client's desired outcome. From 2009 to 2021, Bonnita also worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where they served as the webmaster for the Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy (tDPT) portal and the Master of Science in Clinical Practice Management (MCPM) portal.

Bonnita Robertson, MBA has an extensive education history. Bonnita obtained their Diploma in IT and Physics from the Academy of Science and Technology in 1987-1989. Bonnita then completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2002-2007. Following that, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix in 2008-2010. Finally, they completed their Master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in 2013-2018. In addition, they have obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in May 2019.
