Our name comes from Leche de Tigre, or Tiger’s Milk – the mix of lime juice, chili, red onion, salt and fresh fish that gives ceviche its uniquely bright and zesty flavour.

We serve a range of tasty food at affordable prices so people keep coming back to try new dishes: honest pricing is at the heart of everything we do.

We source high quality ingredients while maintaining great value for customers.

Just as ceviche is eaten all over Latin America, so we’ve explored the region to create a range of exciting dishes: we want to introduce a wide audience to the fresh and vibrant flavours of Latin America in an accessible way.

But it’s never just been about offering food: 
We want to be more than that: a place where guests can hang out in a fun, friendly and social environment with touches of class to make every experience feel special.

We believe that taste, quality and style don’t need to be sacrificed for value.

We opened our first location in Paris in 2019, quickly followed by another one in Brussels. Additional locations are opening soon. The Paris restaurant is located in the Sentier and is as vibrant and welcoming as its neighbourhood. In Brussels, we are located in Le Châtelain, a busy yet village-like neighbourhood, submersed in an epicurean local and international population.
