At Unilever, Richard held multiple strategic roles, including Head of Digital Commerce Strategy, Operations & Data, achieving over €10 billion in revenue growth and spearheading the creation of Digital Marketing, Media & Commerce Hubs through a $500 million investment. Additional achievements include transforming the Personal Care sector into the leading digital commerce category and driving significant growth for key brands such as Dove and Nexxus. Richard holds a 2:1 (Hons) degree in Marketing from both the University of Hertfordshire and the University of Connecticut.
