Vicky Joynes

Vicky Joynes is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience across multiple global organizations. Currently serving as the HRBP Leader for TikTok since March 2023, Vicky oversees HR functions for the Global Brand Communications and Global Public Policy teams as well as the EMEA region. Prior to this role, Vicky held significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank as Managing Director and Global Head of HR to Risk, Conduct, Financial Crime & Compliance, and at Takeda as Senior Director and HR Business Leader for Takeda Business Solutions, where Vicky successfully transformed the GBS function within two years. Additionally, Vicky served as Global Head of HR for Procurement and held various roles at Vodafone, including Senior HR Business Partner for IT Delivery. Earlier in the career, Vicky was a Global HR Business Partner at Lombard, contributing to HR strategy and delivery. Vicky holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
