Maarten Gielen

Maarten Gielen is currently serving as a member of the adviescommissie for the chair of HRM & Sociale Zekerheid at Tilburg University since November 2023. Since July 2006, Maarten Gielen has been the General Director of IBN, a social employer focused on guiding individuals toward suitable employment. Maarten Gielen also holds positions as a Board Member at Cedris, which promotes an inclusive labor market, and as a member of the supervisory boards of Stichting Join Us and RIBW Brabant. Previous roles include Directeur Control and Controller at Cedris, a member of the advisory board at ResiRest, and Senior Consultant at Fagro. Maarten Gielen's early career includes consultancy roles at Ordina and ORMIT Nederland.
