With a long-standing career at Eleganza Tiles, INC as Operations Manager since October 2009, Karen oversees daily operations of the Customer Service, Warehouse, and Sample Departments, focusing on training staff to enhance customer satisfaction. Previous roles include Customer Service positions at Virginia Tile from July 2017 to November 2020 and Westmont Tile Inc from June 1995 to January 2009, along with a Sales Associate role at The Great Outdoors and a Customer Service Associate position at American Olean Tile. Throughout the career, Karen has demonstrated a strong ability to drive sales, manage customer service objectives, and lead teams effectively.
