Laura Jones

Laura Jones currently serves as the Director of Compliance at Till Financial since September 2023. Prior to this role, Laura held various positions at Lemonade, including Compliance Manager and Senior Compliance Analyst, from September 2019 to September 2023. Laura was also a member of the Board of Directors at The REACH Institute from October 2017 to June 2023, contributing to the organization’s mission to provide effective mental health care for children and families. Earlier in Laura's career, positions included Senior Compliance Analyst at CNA Insurance (February 2015 - August 2019), focusing on insurance regulations and compliance issues, and Senior Claims Representative for Freedom Specialty Insurance (March 2013 - February 2015). Laura earned a Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2012 and a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007.
