Matthew Malloy has extensive experience in behavioral support and crisis intervention spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Springboard group leader at TILL, Inc since July 2012, Matthew organizes activity groups for developmentally delayed adults and promotes appropriate social interactions. Matthew also works as a Caseworker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Department of Youth Services, assessing risks and rehabilitative needs of youth, and collaborating with community stakeholders to prevent criminal behavior and promote healthy choices. Previous roles include Direct Care Counselor and Team Leader for The Home for Little Wanderers, where Matthew utilized Therapeutic Crisis Intervention techniques and managed a team of direct care staff.
