LaTavia Bowens is Tilson’s Senior Vice President of Client Management, where she leads the Tilson Customers Operations Team for major accounts across the US, delivering best-in-class network delivery and customer service. LaTavia is committed to collaboration, cultural diversity, and customer success. Prior to joining Tilson, LaTavia spent the last 11 years in the Wireless Industry in several leadership positions with various companies. Most recently as Vice President of Customer Operations at Nexius where she used her expertise in leadership and Wireless programs (both Micro and Macro) to lead a multimillion-dollar program across the United States. LaTavia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics and Finance as well as her Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
