Fran Barnes-Melvin, CPA, currently serves as a Market Access Consultant at 3D Communications, LLC, leveraging nearly three decades of pharmaceutical experience to translate complex payer and pricing information into meaningful narratives for clients. Fran is also an Enterprise Solutions Partner and Executive Coach at Tilt 365, focusing on enhancing productivity and creativity within teams through engaging workshops. Previously, Fran held positions such as Executive Board Member and Chief Operations Officer at rXperius, VP Market Access at ViiV Healthcare, and various roles at GlaxoSmithKline, where contributions included leading market access strategies and managing significant product portfolios. Fran began a career in auditing at Deloitte & Touche, following a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
