Starting as a Team Member and advancing to the position of Director of Operations Equipment, Jesse has orchestrated equipment strategy and standards across Canada, notably facilitating the rollout of freshly cracked eggs to 4,000 locations. Key achievements include developing an efficient restaurant design that reduced daily movement by 2 kilometers and successfully launching a premium flagship brand within ten months.
