Ricardo Frydman's work experience includes various roles in finance and strategy across multiple companies. Ricardo started their career in 2002 at Banco Santander as a Trainee and Trader. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Summer Associate at JP Morgan and Booz Allen Hamilton. In 2008, they became an Associate at Booz & Company before joining Bain & Company in 2009. From 2010 to 2016, they held several managerial positions at Grupo Libra, where they focused on business strategy, pricing, and marketing. In 2017, they joined Mills Estruturas e Serviços de Engenharia as the Head of Business Intelligence, where they were responsible for pricing, commercial planning, and marketing. Currently, they are working at Tim Hortons as the Director of Performance Analytics & Pricing for Tims Financial, a position they have held since August 2022. Throughout their career, Ricardo has demonstrated expertise in performance analysis, pricing strategy, and business development.

Ricardo Frydman holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy from NYU Stern School of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, in 2002, they completed a Certificate in Banking/Finance at Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2001, they received a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Civil Engineering from UC San Diego. Ricardo had earlier completed a B.A. in Production and Civil Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro between 1997 and 2002.
