Prior to founding TIMBER, Jason built his career recruiting talent for a large, multinational consulting firm and supporting over 75 clients across the US for more than a decade. Originally a Nashville native, Jason has called West Seattle home for more than 15 years. Outside of the office you might spot him hiking, camping, fly fishing, and cheering on the Seahawks with friends and family.
