Liette Gobeil is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis across various companies in the forestry sector. Currently serving as the Manager of the Finance Transaction Team at Mosaic Forest Management since May 2019, Liette supervises a team responsible for payroll, accounts payable, and regional accounting while leading policy review and implementation of payment systems. Previously, Liette held multiple roles at Western Forest Products from 2004 to 2017, including Senior Finance Analyst and Controller, managing financial reporting and strategic planning for timberland operations. Earlier career experience includes positions at Weyerhaeuser, where Liette managed financial reporting for timberland operations, and MacMillan Bloedel Ltd, overseeing financial management for North American distribution centers. Liette is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce - Honours in Finance and Accounting from the University of Manitoba.
