Hung Yee Chan

Hung Yee Chan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. They began their career at EPS Computer Systems as a Helpdesk Specialist in 2003. They then joined Shell IT International in 2004, where they held positions as a Storage Engineer and later as a Senior Storage Specialist. In 2007, they transitioned to the role of Technical Customer Interface Engineer at Shell IT International before leaving in 2008. From 2008 to 2015, Hung Yee Chan worked at T-systems Malaysia Sdn Bhd, holding various roles such as Component Delivery Manager, Service Delivery Manager, and Storage and Backup Operation Manager. Since 2018, they have been employed at TIME dotCom Berhad, where they have held the positions of Head of Product Development, Head of Product Financial Analysis, and currently, Head of Portfolio Management (Wholesale).

Hung Yee Chan completed a 1st Class Honours Degree in Information Technology with a major in Management at Universiti Malaya from 2000 to 2003. In 2011, they obtained the ITIL Service Manager V3 certification from Loyalist Certification. They also obtained the ITIL Expert certification from Loyalist Certification, although the start and end years for this certification were not provided.
